Jacci and her team start by helping you to assess your financing needs to determine a pricepoint for your investment and gain pre-qualification. 

They will also perform a comprehensive search of homes in the area that meet your specific crieteria and price range and establish an automatic e-update providing you with market updates on a daily basis. 

• Jacci will only show you the homes that meet your criteria until she finds the perfect home for you!  Once you've found it, she'll advise you on comparable sales, listings and market trends in the area of the home you've selected to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed offer. 
• Next, Jacci will complete the purchase contract and negotiate with the Seller's agent to obtain the best possible terms for you. 
• Inspections are next, and sometimes the need to negotiate specific repairs or settlement with the seller--Jacci will guide you through this process as well.
• Throughout the transaction, Jacci and her team will work with the Escrow Agent and monitor the completion and performance of the other parties (inspectors, lender, appraiser, surveyor) and provide you a list of service providers for utilities, etc. ensuring you a smooth move-in! 
• Finally, Jacci will review your documents for accuracy and attend the closing with you.
